当店のリゾートウェアはバリ島のアトリエで職人が一つひとつ丁寧に製作する受注生産品です。
そのため、発送までに4〜5週間ほどお時間をいただいております。

また、生地の在庫状況や現地の事情により、納期が前後する場合がございます。
恐れ入りますが、あらかじめご了承のうえ、ゆとりをもってご注文いただけますと幸いです。

Our resort wear is made to order and carefully handcrafted one by one by skilled artisans at our atelier in Bali.
Therefore, production and shipping may take approximately 4–5 weeks.

返品について

Morena Swimwearの商品は、衛生面・商品の特性上、原則として返品・交換を承っておりません。
ご注文の際は、サイズやカラーをよくご確認のうえ、お買い求めいただけますと幸いです。

ただし、以下の場合には、誠意をもって対応させていただきますので、商品到着後3日以内にご連絡ください。
• ご注文と異なる商品が届いた場合
• 商品に破損や不良があった場合（未使用品に限ります）

※スイムウェアは衛生上の理由により、サイズ違いやイメージ違いでの返品・返金はお受けできません。
※ご試着の際は、必ず下着の上からご着用をお願いいたします。

Morena Swimwear does not accept returns or exchanges as a general rule due to hygiene reasons and the nature of the products.
We kindly ask that you carefully check the size and color before placing your order.

However, we will gladly assist you in the following cases.
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item if:

• You received an item different from what you ordered
• The item is damaged or defective (unused items only)

Please note:
• Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds for size issues or differences in appearance.
• When trying on swimwear, please wear it over your underwear.
